As a small lifting equipment, the electric chain hoist not only improves our work efficiency but also reduces the labor force of workers. 1、 For the newly installed chain electric hoist, all power must be cut off and the ground wire must be connected before the first use to prevent personnel from touching the chain of the electric hoist during crane operation and causing electric shock accidents.
2、 The limit switch is not equivalent to the brake, and the design of the upper and lower limits is to increase its performance. It is strictly prohibited to use the limit switch as a shutdown switch.
3、 It is strictly prohibited to overload and lift heavy objects, as overloading may damage the components of the electric hoist.
4、 During the lifting operation, no one is allowed to walk or work under the hoist to prevent goods from falling and injuring personnel.
5、 When lifting heavy objects, they must be lifted vertically and it is strictly prohibited to pull the objects diagonally.
6、 People are not allowed to ride on lifting objects, and electric hoists cannot be used as elevator lifting devices to carry people.
7、 After the lifting operation is completed, the electric hoist should be maintained and cultivated in a timely manner to extend its service life.
