Manual Chain Hoist

Step 1: Purchasing material to make rough parts by casting, forging, drawing ect, and purchasing outsource parts;

Step 2: Rough parts or outsource parts process like trimming, polishing, hole punching, edge rolling, plate leveling ect.;

Step 3: Parts will be checked with right length, width, height, thick, curve, diameter, distance, angle, planeness, strength ect.;

Step 4: Parts heat treatment, dip coating, powder coating, electroplating, blackening ect.;

Step 5: Some parts should be combined together to enhance structure strength through one or more process with different machines;

Step 6: Assemble parts and combined parts to chain block or lever block bear body;

Step 7: Loading test will be finished for every bear body one by one;

Step 8: Assemble other parts not limited as load chain, hand chain, covers, bottom hooks to bear body;

Step 9: Check manual chain hoist normally operation and appearance;

Step 10: Packing products into carton box, wooden box, pallet, drum ect.;

Step 11: Finished products inspection through different ways;
