hSH C WORKING PRINCIPLE
BRAKE SYSTEM
Friction plates, brake seat, ratchet disc, pawls, pawl springs, snap rings create lever chain block brake system.
Once the loading chain weighted, the brake system instantly go into braking state, and once loading chain unweighted, the brake system is out of compress condition.
POWER INPUT
Lever chain block outsourcing power is manually, through rotating lever handle up and down (both left side and right side are the same working effeicency), the manual power will drive the change gear & thread disc rotating.
POWER COVERTION
Change gear(selector wheel), thread disc, Change pawl, selector lever.
Selector lever has three direction, left, right, middle, when selector lever was in right direction, it will drive change pawl accordingly, when change pawl in the right side, it controls the change gear rotate only in one direction; change gear connect with thread disc as a whole to let driving shaft rolling through the contact with the end screw thread of driving shaft.
POWER TRANSMISSION
Driving shaft, gear disks, pinion shafts, splined gear, sprocket
The end teeth of driving shaft will match the two gear disks' teeth, when driving shaft rolling, the two gear disks rotating through these teethes. Gear disks usually are pressed and casted with pinion shafts, when gear disks rotate, the pinion shaft start to roll accordingly.
Pinion shaft connects to the outside of splined gear, when pinion shaft rolling, the splined gear rotate, and because of the connection beteween the inside of splined gear and the sprocket vertial thread side, the sprocket rotate too.
CHAINS LIFTING
Loading chain, sprocket
Loading chain get in touch on the special groove of sprocket, when the sprocket rotating circle by circle, the loading chain moving on the groove to left up.
LIFTING STABILITY
there are two guide wheels near to the chain, which is designed to guide the load chain connect with sprocket exactly that when tools shake or moved, load chain will not twisted or displace to other place, besides, it also can help the load chain force equably and steadily be dispersed on sprocket.

The pinion shafts ends were connected and fixed between outside plate and side plate, which provide a firmed structure when the transmission happend between pinion shaft, gear disks, splined gears. Parts will not move or distortion.

Side plate, the other side plate, three stays.
As right picture showing, you can see the three stays were castly fixed on the one side plate, and will fixed on the other side plate by screws, so that the parts and transmission between the two side plates can worked stably, the whole manual machine will not fall to pieces under years using.
PRE-LIFTING ADJUSTMENT
Brake Knob function is to adjust the loading hook to a exact position where the object can be hooked and lifted. Per brake system, when there is no loading cargo, the brake system is out of compress state, at this time, users can turn the brake knob clockwise or counter clock wise to bring chains up and down.
HOOKS
2.0Mn steel material, drop forged hook, through heat treatment, spray coated painting, and installed with safety latch kit, make it with high tensile, strength, safety and long term using.

LEVER CHAIN BLOCK PRECAUTION
Do Not
Use a correct capacity lever hoist which rated capacity ton is bigger than the object weight.
Do not use hoists with deformed or cracked loading chains.
Do not use hoist unless it is smoothly between chain links, and there is no any overturned twisting.
Do not hang heavy objects directly on the end point of the hook, assure object is correctly placed in the cavity of the hook.
Do not make welding or cutting operations on suspended heavy objects.
Do not shake goods when lifting heavy object.
Do not weld lifting chains to the ground.
Do not lift too much to let loading hook frame contact the main body and do not lower too much to let the tail ring of the lifting chain contact the hoist body.
Do not use damaged lever block or lever hoist with abnormal sounds when operating.
Do not leave the hanging heavy objects alone without attention for a long time.
