According to international standards, the colorful lifting belts vary in tonnage based on color. Purple represents one ton, green represents two tons, yellow represents three tons, gray represents four tons, red represents five tons, and orange represents ten tons. Generally, the safety/safety coefficient is one to six to seven.

Of course, there are also white pickling straps. Those with no color difference in tonnage are all white, and the quality of these white straps is much worse than their colorful ones. Therefore, when choosing lifting equipment, the colorful ones are still better.

Synthetic fiber lifting belts have the advantages of lightweight, convenient protection, outstanding chemical resistance, as well as excellent characteristics such as light weight, high strength, and not easily damaging the surface of lifting objects. They have gradually replaced steel wire ropes in many aspects.

Synthetic fiber lifting belts are mainly divided into two types: flat lifting belts and circular lifting belts.

The flat lifting belt is mainly made of nylon fiber (polyamide synthetic fiber), polyester fiber (polyester synthetic fiber), and polypropylene fiber (polypropylene synthetic fiber). They each have their own characteristics and can be suitable for different environmental situations, but different materials of lifting belts cannot be mixed.

The material of the circular lifting belt is mainly polyester synthetic fiber (polyester), with the outer layer using polyester circular sleeve as the protective layer, and the inner core using connected 100% polyester core yarn as the receiving load for lifting. Synthetic fiber sling is a high-performance soft sling made of high-quality high-strength low elongation polyester filament, and is a replacement product for steel wire.
