1. The sprocket should be installed on the shaft without tilting or swinging. The end faces of two sprockets in the same transmission component should be located in the same plane. When the center distance of the sprockets is less than 0.5 meters, a deviation of 1 millimeter is allowed; When the center distance of the sprocket is more than 0.5 meters, a deviation of 2 millimeters is allowed. But it is not allowed to have friction on the side of the sprocket teeth. If the two wheels move too much, it is easy to cause chain detachment and accelerated wear. When replacing the sprocket, attention must be paid to checking and adjusting the offset.

2. The tightness of the lifting chain should be appropriate. If it is too tight, it will increase power consumption and make the bearings susceptible to wear and tear; Loose chains are prone to jumping and detachment. The degree of tightness of the chain is: lift or press down from the middle of the chain, and the center distance between the two sprockets is about 2% -3%.

3. The new lifting chain is too long or stretched after use, making it difficult to adjust. The chain links can be removed depending on the situation, but they must be an even number. The chain link should pass through the back of the chain, the locking tab should be inserted outside, and the opening of the locking tab should face in the opposite direction of rotation.

After the sprocket is severely worn, both the new sprocket and the new chain should be replaced to ensure good engagement. You cannot simply replace the new chain or sprocket separately. Otherwise, it will cause poor engagement and accelerate the wear of new chains or sprockets. After the tooth surface of the sprocket is worn to a certain extent, it should be promptly turned over for use (referring to the sprocket used with adjustable surfaces). To extend the usage time.

5. The old lifting chain cannot be mixed with some new chains, otherwise it may cause impact and break the chain during transmission.

6. Remember to add lubricating oil in a timely manner during the operation of the lifting chain. The lubricating oil must enter the fit gap between the roller and the inner sleeve to improve working conditions and reduce wear.
