The limit device of the electric hoist is composed of a connecting rod, a positioning clip, a rope guide, and a limit device. The cut-off limit device can prevent the hook from rising above the lifting limit position, thereby avoiding faults such as hitting the top and breaking the steel wire rope, and ensuring the safety of the equipment. If the installation is incorrect and the safety protection function of the cut-off limit device cannot be fully utilized, how should we install and debug the limit device of the electric hoist?
1. Loosen the screws on the collision block, and place the collision blocks on both sides of the rope guide card. The card can freely push the collision block to move. Start the motor to start lifting, and the card plate pushes the upper limit collision block to move. When it rises to 15mm-50mm along the lower edge of the drum shell on the hook pulley shell, stop lifting. Press the down button, and the rope guide moves back about 10mm. When the upper limit collision block is close to the card plate, stop the machine and tighten the screw.
2. The adjustment method for the lower limit is the same as the adjustment method for the upper limit, except that the direction is opposite. However, when the hook must be in the lower position, there are more than 3 turns of steel wire rope left on the drum. After the adjustment is completed, a no-load trial run must be carried out to check whether the installation of the upper and lower limits meets the requirements.
